Manito AI Treasury:

Manito AI will maintain a Treasury >50,000,000 $MANAI tokens at all times. There is no limit to how many tokens Manito AI will accumulate and hold at any given time. Manito AI will not be selling tokens regularly on any exchanges, only purchasing $MANAI tokens. Manito AI will only execute the sale of tokens with an effort to fund special projects endorsed by the community.

Governance:

Manito AI will post information prior to investment for community engagement. Based on feedback from community, Manito AI will decide whether or not to move forward with any specific project.

If the community endorses our ideas, we will invest in ongoing AI related projects in the Commercial Finance sector. Manito AI will repatriate revenue back in to the coin utilizing a fixed borrowing rate aligned to H.15 Treasury Index + 250 BPS.

Manito AI will repurchase 100% of the value of the proceeds withdrawn over time, along with interest expense based on the duration of the community investment.

Token Burns:

Manito AI will burn 1% of the USD value of the proceeds withdrawn when buying back the coin during repayment. This promote an aggressive deflationary supply, incentivizing long term token ownership.
